Green With Envy Table Runner

By: Melissa Marginet from melissamarginet.ca
Green with Envy Table Runner
Green with Envy Table Runner

From the Blogger: "Green With Envy Table Runner is simply pieced using one charm pack. The beauty of this pattern is the eye catching quilting design created with a contrasting thread to make it pop. The instructions include step-by-step diagrams for the quilting design which will guarantee accurate results. The table runner finishes at 17" x 40". You will need batting and backing slightly larger than the finished size as well as a quarter yard of fabric for the binding. Have fun creating it in other colors to change with the seasons."

This green quilt pattern is very lovely and appealing to the eye! I really think the top stitching pattern is elegant and very trendy, and it would be fun to use the contrasting thread color as suggested, or even try using a thicker gold metallic cord attached with a zig zag stitch over that pattern would turn this into a real work of art whether used as a runner or wall art! Super!
