This placemat with the hexies is totally adorable! I love English paper piecing but sometimes I'm at a loss with what to make with them when I'm done. When I do my paper piecing, I thread baste the fabric around the hexie template. I have heard some people glue baste it. If you have used this method, do you find it hard to remove the papers?
