I've made this quilt top. The instructions and pattern are lovely. However, this site states it can be made "in an afternoon" or "in an evening." If you want to make your cuts right, and your seams to match, this takes longer than that. I spent about 18 hours on mine.

Chevrons are so popular right now, so this quilt is sure to be a popular choice for everyone. It looks so pretty with the pastel colors and white fabrics. Baby quilts are smaller and can be a good choice when learning to quilt. I think you could easily make this quilt fairly quickly, and with the smaller size, it would be a great way to learn on a quilt with much less bulkiness than full size ones. A few quilts are nice to have for babies so they always have one while another is in the laundry. Great for a crib or for "tummy time" on the floor! I have this one on my "to make" list!

One of my faves! The pattern is so eye-catching, but it still looks clean instead of busy.
