When You Wish...Baby Quilt Pattern
From the Blogger: "Here's a fun, quick project that can be whipped up in a weekend. This modern, rainbow-colored quilted baby mat will be a beautiful addition to any baby's nursery. The project is simple, made with squares and half-square triangles. The baby mat finishes at 36.5" x 36.5" which means it can be backed with a single piece of yardage, which is always a bonus for those who don't enjoy piecing quilt backs. The pattern is made with fat quarters, so it should be easy to create from your stash or from a favorite fat quarter bundle."

What a beautiful baby quilt! I love star patterns and this is a great size and made up of half square triangles which I enjoy making. I know there are so many methods out there to make them and I use the one where you draw the line down the diagonal of the lighter colored square and then sew 1/4" on either side of that line. Cut down the center line and you have two half square triangles. What is your favorite method?
