You've finished your quilt top, and now you have to add batting and backing. Use The Basting Trick That Will Save Your Life to put everything together. This brilliant technique uses a simple wooden frame that you can stretch your quilt out on. The great thing about this technique is that you'll protect your back and body. Oftentimes when we get to the last stage in a quilting project, we are forced to lay the project out on the floor. With this technique, you can pin the project together at hip-level, so that you won't hurt yourself. Reuse your wooden frame every time you make a quilt. The frame is super easy to make, too.
