"Any precut would be great to use for your first quilt. The reason I say that is you know your material is cut accurately. All you need to worry about is a scant quarter inch seam allowance. I'd say go for it!"

Am so very disappointed that you continue to show this pattern the way it is. Especially since I now read that someone else informed you that it was backwards!! Any other quilt would be fine but the US Flag quilt. Lots of money spent on this project!!"

Do you sometimes look up into the night sky and wonder who or what is up there? This cute block is a great project for any UFO enthusiast. You could make a whole fleet of flying saucers in all kinds of colors for a great quilt. It would be a fun conversation piece. This little UFO in the night sky is a great project to practice a simple a New York Beauty block and simple appliqué.

I love quirky things and this fun little quilt block is the definition of quirk in my opinion! Super fun and cute, this is a quilt block that is very customizable and a sure fire delight to make with your choice of fabric and even embellishments. I think some stars would look super cute on the block and maybe a planet or too!
