Binding Curves Tutorial

By: Julie Herman from Jaybird Quilts

A curvy quilt is the ultimate quilter's challenge, but don't fret. This Binding Curves Tutorial will give you great advice on how to bind a quilt with curves. The key is to use clothespins to secure the binding in place. Another important trick is to use bias binding. This technique is fool-proof, so your binding won't look puckered. Keep an iron handy to consistently press your quilt during this process. It may be a bit tricky, but in a few hours you'll have a curved quilt that you're truly proud of.
