This is my more scrappy version of this quilt as my strips were just bits of this and that from my other projects. The final quilt exceeded my expectations. It made a nice gift for my Dad.

I love the bold colors and the pattern of the quilt. For babies, it is not only comfortable but can be used for a newborn to gaze at. Babies love bright, busy patterns and this is definitely a pattern to entertain a new baby. You could even make bumper pads that make it easier for the baby to see. This pattern is definitely one of my favorites on this stie!
