There is a blog or post that has "111 Farmer's Wife" blocks. What defines a "Farmer's Wife" block? Some of the 111 were baskets, and I found no similarities in any of them.

I enjoyed reading the stories attached to each of the blocks in this awesome book. My Aunt Carla is a "retired Farmer's Wife" so I made her a lap quilt using many of these blocks.

This is a very interesting vintage pattern. I love all of the detail.

I really love this vintage quilt block pattern. And the fabric works perfectly with the block design.
