This is an absolutely adorable quilt that would really be so fun to make and fun to give to a new mom. I do like the scrap-busting quality of the pattern and the easy and quick aspect of it makes this a perfect weekend project. This one is going on my "to make" list and will have to be done very soon!

Love, love , love this pattern. It is a great scrap buster. Made both a pink and blue one for charity, mixing in a few novelty fabrics themed to either girl or boy. This designer has other adorable baby quilts on her site that I can't wait to make.

I made the hundred hugs quilt but used the pattern to create a king size quilt. I used 2.5 inch squares. This made the hundred hugs square 20 inches. I made 12 squares then added borders. It turned out beautifully.
