Thank you so much for the pattern correction, Jude!! I am a new quilter so I would definitely not notice that the pattern was mistaken... I would assume the fault was mine. I really love this pattern and will be making it some time in the near future. Again, thank you!

This pattern is incorrect. Great Design though! If you take a 5" square, cut it on the diagonal and pair it with the same size Background Triangle and sew it together into a Triangle Square it no longer measures 5". When I sewed the triangles together I got a 4.5" Triangle Square. When you sew the 1.5" squares to the 2.5 x 5" rectangle's corners you still have a 5" x 2.5" rectangle. This does not match up with the 4.5" Triangle square. The Rectangles need to be cut at 4.5" x 2.5" to make this pattern work. Jude Spero, www.littlelouisedesigns.com
