Joyce's Star Quilt Block

The Joyce's Star Quilt Block is a fun and fast quilting design. When the blocks are sewn together to form a single quilt, each simple block is incorporated into new designs that only appear on the quilt as a whole. In this case, the unobtrusive gray stripes on each individual block become stars in their own right when the whole quilting pattern comes together. The elegant blue and gray design on these quilt blocks uses flying geese units to form star quilt blocks shaped just like diamonds in the sky.
