How to Use the "Sew and Flip" Technique

When you are learning to quilt, the vast variety of techniques and methods can be overwhelming to say the least. This quick walkthrough will give you a short demonstration of the 'sew and flip' or 'stitch and flip' technique, which is used to complete many different types of quilting patterns. In this technique, quilters draw a diagonal line across the backside of a square, place that square in the corner of another strip of fabric and stitch along the line.
