You don't need applique flowers patterns when you can make an easy flower applique yourself with just a rotary cutter and some fusible web! This tutorial will teach you how to make a Cosmos flower applique to decorate quilts and other sewing projects. A pinking rotary cutter blade is a simple attachment that will allow you to cut frilled edges on your flower petals. Substitute pinking shears if you cannot find a pinking rotary cutter blade.
